PerthPropertyCentre provides specialized real estate consultancy in commercial property management, office rent analysis, and technical audit of storage buildings. Services do not include financial transactions, speculative investments, or portfolio evaluations. Any recommendation is based exclusively on verifiable data and transparent methodologies, without promises of yield or profit.
The user undertakes to provide complete and accurate information regarding the analyzed property, including title deeds, energy performance certificates, and technical plans. Any omission or false statement may lead to service suspension without prior notice. The user may not redistribute received reports without the written consent of PerthPropertyCentre.
PerthPropertyCentre is not liable for business decisions made based on the provided reports, including the conclusion or termination of lease contracts. The technical audit reflects the building's condition at the time of inspection and does not guarantee the absence of subsequent hidden defects. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the value of the service provided for that specific order.
All data and documents transmitted during the collaboration are treated confidentially, in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website. PerthPropertyCentre does not share information with third parties without the user's explicit consent, except as required by law.
PerthPropertyCentre reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms, with 15 days' prior notice on this page. The user may request termination of the service at any time, by written notice to the email address info@perthpropertycentre.com. In case of non-compliance with the terms, access to the platform may be restricted without compensation.
